GDPR - PRIVACY POLICY FOR PROTECH PHOTOGRAPHIC

Protech Photographic is fully insured to carry our repairs to clients equipment.

The information held about you is your name, address, email address, phone numbers both landline and/or mobile and details of your photographic equipment.

Details are stored on a computer that is used by staff of  Protech Photographic. These records are called the "Booking In" records and will be kept for up to 6 years following a repair after which time they will be deleted.  Emails are stored via BT.com on our electronic folders.  Additionally, paper copies of Invoices, Credit Card slips and Booking In Dockets are kept in a file for up to 6 years before being destroyed.

The information we hold is never sold or shared with any other business or third party.

Each client has the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) if they think there is a problem with the way we handle our data.

If you believe that any of the data we hold about you is incorrect or out of date please contact us using the above details. We have up to 30 days to process your amendment.

Any information held about a customer has been given by the customer verbally or in writing or via email or other electronic means such as social media.
